1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the tour, except in cases where Bula Adventures must cancel the tour due to severe weather or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, we offer the choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of emergencies or unforeseen events beyond a customer’s control, please contact us directly. We’ll assess each case individually to determine eligibility for a refund or rescheduling.
3. Group Bookings
For group bookings and private tours, special terms may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact our customer support team for more details.
